1. If you need to cancel your tour or travel services for any reason, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written notice as follows:

    • 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total tour/service cost.
    • 20 to 18 days before arrival: 20% of the total tour/service cost.
    • 16 to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour/service cost.
    • 10 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour/service cost.
    • 7 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show: No refund; 100% of the total tour/service cost.

Important Notes

  1. Permit Requirements

    • For Tsomgo Lake: Carry 2 passport-size photos, original photo ID (Voter ID, Passport, or Driver’s License), and a photocopy. Aadhar/PAN cards are not accepted.
    • For North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen): 2 additional passport-size photos and original photo ID required.
  2. Hotel Policies

    • Check-in/out as per hotel rules (usually 1:00 PM / 11:00 AM).
    • Extra person/child with extra bed typically provided as a mattress/rollover.
  3. Sightseeing Changes

    • Requests for schedule changes must be made by 6:00 PM the day before. Late requests are considered cancellations with no refund or incur extra costs.
  4. Water & Power Shortages

    • Water/electricity shortages are common. Hotels may have scheduled hot/cold water supply.
  5. Transportation

    • Vehicles may change per sector; not on disposal. AC operates on plains only.
    • Limited parking at hotels; guests may need to wait in the lobby.
  6. Natural Calamities

    • Additional costs due to natural events (landslides, blockages, etc.) are to be borne by guests.
  7. Baggage

    • Travel light; excess baggage may require an extra car at additional cost.
  8. Medical Cautions

    • Those with medical issues and children under 5 should avoid high-altitude areas (Tsongu, Nathula, Zero Point, etc.), as medical facilities are limited.
  9. North Sikkim Accommodation

    • Lodging in Lachung/Lachen is basic (2-star/Tourist Lodge) with simple facilities; carry warm clothing.
    • Limited connectivity; Vodafone, Airtel, and BSNL perform best. Simple, basic meals.
  10. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are on hold until payment is received and confirmed.
